Richmond

Richmond is known as Dinosaur territory. 350km West of Charters Towers, Richmond is like an oasis in the middle of west Queensland. The township is surrounded by cattle and sheep and is a vibrant little community. Between April and September each year the town’s tourism is in full swing, with the popular fossil museum, Kronosaurus Korner. The town also has its very own man-made lake, fed from the water of the mighty Flinders River.

Rybenleigh although not a local to the area has spent over 16 years servicing this community, supporting many events which make living in the area so unique. Due to the nature and long-time residents of the area, too many we are locals spending in excess of 52 days a year providing a service to this community.
